SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a safe and secure address and that your postal preferences are up to date with Australia Post via the link in your postage notification email. We also ensure that all AUS & NZ orders are sent with signature on delivery.
If you would like to make a return or exchange an item please email us within 5 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in original condition and must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. Noble reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the product in question does not meet these requirements.
We will refund the full value of the goods within 3 days of receiving the items using the same method as the original payment. We do not refund costs for shipment in the case of a return. Please choose a safe and secure postal service as we do not accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by our dispatch team.
