SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post with tracking.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee to all countries, with either standard or express mail available. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a place that will keep your mail safe until you arrive. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it please contact AUSPOST and they will be able to help you out with your tracking number.
RETURN POLICY - extended for Christmas gifting
For the Christmas period, for orders placed from the 25th of November onwards you will be able to have an extension on your 30 day refund/exchange. Please email us and state your order number and reason for return. All items to be mailed back in the same condition as received.
We will refund the full value of the goods within 2 days of receiving the items using the same method as the original payment. We do not refund costs for shipment in the case of a return.
