SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post with tracking.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee to all countries, with either standard or express mail available. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a place that will keep your mail safe until you arrive. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it please contact AUSPOST and they will be able to help you out with your tracking number.
Send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your garment. Please state your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will not be permitted after 30 days from the date of receipt. All items to be mailed back in the same condition as received.
We will refund the full value of the goods within 2 days of receiving the items using the same method as the original payment. We do not refund costs for shipment in the case of a return. If the package and/or contents is damaged when you receive it, please report it to the courier service and us on the same day. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimise the risk of cargo damage.
