SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please note we are unable to ship to certain countries at the moment due to postage shutdown. We have updated our estimated delivery dates in accordance with the current COVID delays.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post with tracking. We offer a flat rate shipping fee to all countries.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are shipping to a safe and secure address and that your postal preferences are up to date with Australia Post via the link in your postage notification email. If you have any issues with an item not being delivered please contact Australia Post first and they will assist you with your enquiry.
If you would like to make a return or exchange an item please email us within 5 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in original condition and must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. Noble reserves the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the product in question does not meet these requirements.
We will refund the full value of the goods within 3-5 days of receiving the items using the same method as the original payment. We do not refund costs for shipment in the case of a return. Please choose a safe and secure postal service as we do not accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by our dispatch team.
